What is a Birth Doula?

A birth doula provides emotional and physical support before, during and after labor. I help guide your labor by offering suggestions for comfort measures, positioning and pain relief techniques. You may qualify for insurance covered doula services through Tricare or  Kansas/Missouri Medicaid.

What is Lactation Support?

Lactation consults can cover simple or complex lactation issues including latch and positioning, pumping and bottle feeding or supply concerns. All consults include a customizable, unique care plan to help you manage any recommendations given. I will do my best to help you solve your issues in as few visits as possible but lactation issues are complicated and may require more than one visit.
You may qualify for insurance-covered lactation support!
